1. Are all coasters handmade?
Yes! Every coaster from Burnt Wooden Coasters (BWC) is handcrafted individually, which means each piece is truly unique.
2. Do all coasters look the same?
Not exactly — and that’s the beauty of handmade items.
Wood grain, tone, and texture may vary naturally from piece to piece.
3. Are the coasters waterproof?
Our coasters are sealed with a high-quality waterproof stain and sealer to resist moisture, condensation, and everyday spills. They’re designed for normal hot and cold drink use.
4.Will the coasters damage my table?
No. Each coaster is finished with a non-slip silicone rubber base to help protect table surfaces and prevent sliding.
5. How do I care for my wooden coasters?
Very simple: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking in water. Do not put in dishwasher. Keep away from extreme heat or flames. This helps them last for years.
6. Do you offer custom engraving?
Yes! If you want a personalized design or message burned into the wood, contact us via email and we’ll review your request.
7.How do I provide engraving details?
Engraving details must be sent by email within 24 hours of purchase. Orders without engraving details will be automatically canceled.
8. How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order, so please allow: 2–5 business days for crafting. Shipping time depends on your location and carrier option selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
9. Do you ship internationally?

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
Please contact us within 7 days with photos.
11. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
12. What should I do if my package gets lost?
If your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us.
We will help you check with the carrier and resolve the issue.
