Every coaster is handcrafted with care to bring warmth and character to your home.

Returns

Because each item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns.

However, if your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or flawed:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the damage

Provide your order number

We’ll quickly review the issue and send a replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or replacements for:

Normal variations in wood (grain, shade, texture)

Products damaged after delivery

Custom engravings approved by the customer
