Burnt Wooden Coasters (BWC)

Thank you for choosing a handcrafted product made with care, precision, and real fire. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

All BWC products include a 30-day craftsmanship warranty covering:

Structural defects

Cracks caused by improper bonding

Defective burning or engraving

Coasters arriving warped, broken, or split

This applies to all wood types: Pine, Maple, Walnut, and Cherry.

2. What’s Not Covered

Because our products are handmade and use natural wood, the following are not considered defects:

Normal wood grain variation

Natural color differences

Slight differences in shading or burn depth

Wear and tear from regular use

Damage from dropping or impact

Damage from water exposure (soaking, dishwashing, etc.)

Heat damage from placing directly on hot surfaces

Every piece of wood is unique — small variations are part of its natural beauty.

3. Warranty Eligibility

Your product is eligible if:

You contact us within 30 days of delivery

You provide your order number

You send clear photos of the issue

We reserve the right to approve or deny claims depending on the condition of the item and the cause of damage.

4. Warranty Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:

✔️ Free Replacement

We will craft and send a brand-new product at no cost.

✔️ Store Credit

Equivalent to the value of the defective item.

✔️ Partial or Full Refund (rare cases)

Approved only if a replacement is not possible.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To start a claim:

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

6.Additional Notes

Warranty applies only to the original buyer

Warranty does not cover custom engraved items unless damaged on arrival

We may request the item be returned depending on the situation
